I have a Smeargle with Lock-on and Sheer Cold. *loves Smeargle*
I'm still trying to decide on the rest of his moveset though, so I couldn't use him. I'll probably just use my gemstone team for the tourney. |

I once attended a tournament where they let some 10-year old Chinese kid enter and win with a hacked Regigigas. It knew sheer cold, had higher speed than anything else, and hit 100% of the time.
