Just got to the first town, after a really hard puzzle. A rat had the key, and went in and out of two holes. I had to use a block to cover up one hole, get out of the rat's sight, and wait for it to try to enter the blocked hole. Once it did, I had to quickly attack it. It was a lot harder than it sounds...
EDIT: The shield is for sale for 80 rupees. I have 79 >.>
EDIT: Ooh...temple thingie...
Hey, it's the new sidekick (Lineback)! He's trapped, so you have to help him, of course.
EDIT: Fancy treasure chest. Open it and you get...
NOTHING!
MOAR EDITZ: Lineback's music is AWESOME.
OH NOEZ! He's molesting Link (not really, but it looks like it).
From this day on, the second island you go to shall henceforth be known as Volcano Island. Because I can't think of a better name.
Went into a house, fought some monsters, and met some trapped lady...now I need to go find three of something.
Just met a ghost... |

No. It just showed me where one of the three torches I needed to find were.
First dungeon, now.
I got the Boomerang! Well, that was quick.
Ooh...you have to actually CARRY the Big Key. Well, that's an interesting take. |

The first boss was a fire sorcerer. He splits himself into three, and you have to use the boomerang to combine him again when he begins casting a fire spell. Once you beat him, some red fairy (?) joins you. |

So, I have a tradition of only beating one dungeon every day. That way, the game lasts longer. Here are my thoughts at this point:
Story: N/A
Graphics: Phenomenal. At times, I feel like I'm playing a top-down Gamecube game.
Controls: Almost spot-on. The only thing I have trouble with is rolling.
Gameplay: Amazing. The puzzles are clever and creative, and there's something that's just so much fun about killing monsters.
Difficulty: Meh. I did get hit quite a few times, admittedly, but I was never in any real danger. We'll have to see about this as the game goes on. Also, I REALLY hope that the rest of the dungeons are longer than the first one.
Next, I'll be trying out WiFi. Stay tuned! |

It has Wi-fi? O_o I didn't know that. Have you encountered those unkillable enemies that kill you in one hit? Those'll increase the difficulty tenfold. |

Not yet, but you get to play as them in WiFi =D
It's sorta like Capture the Flag. There are a bunch of Triforce pieces scattered around, and the person playing as Link has to get them to his base. The person playing as the chasers can see Link on their map. You have to draw where you want the chasers to go, but once you draw the line, you can't change directions until you've come to a stop. There are three chasers. When time runs out, or when Link is killed, you swap places.
It's fun, but it would've been more enjoyable if the person I was playing hadn't just stood there and let me win. |

Decided to continue. Got the Phantom Hourglass, went through the main dungeon a few floors, got the next sea chart, got bombs for my ship...and then I encountered the ghost ship.
I pursued it a while, then I got lost in the fog. The ghost ship seemed to be gone, but the fog remained. |

Interesting. So I guess the ghost ship is a main part of the story?
OFF TOPIC: I encountered you on the island in the RP |
