SWEET! We use the Phantom Hourglass as the handle! It looks a lot like the Master Sword now, and the Master Sword's theme music plays when you get it. |

Yeah, I think so. It looks to me like the game is setting up for the ending.
EDIT: YES! I can FINALLY kill the Phantoms easily! I just have to stab 'em in the back, and they're gone! |

all he's calling it is the hourglass sword. so there's a chance it's conjecture. not that the sword names are ever really creative. adn he calls the sea kings temple the "hourglass castle" which could just as likely be conjecture. |

I'm pretty sure I'm close to the end of the Sea King's Temple...in the current room, I have to fight wave after wave of Phantoms.
Yup, I'm definitely near the end. A huge staircase ALWAYS signifies the end.
...So THAT'S Belum. I expected him to look a tad more humanoid, but whatever. |

In the first and second phases of the fight, Belum periodically spits out slime enemies with his eyes.
In the first phase of the fight, you have to use the Grappling Hook to get the slimy stuff off him, then pull him over to you so you can slash his eye.
In his second phase, he hauls himself up to the second floor with his tentacles. Shoot the eyes on the tentacles with your arrows.
After this, you repeat the first and second phases again. In the first phase, though, he spits out more enemies, and in the second phase, the eyes sometimes close and open.
After this, Belum goes up to the third and final floor, and you repeat the second phase.
Belum falls to the floor, leaving behind a strange light that soon disappears.
The Sea King appears as a hologram...to warn you of something, I think.
Belum flies around on the first floor, beginning the third phase. The stairs collapse, leaving you with only one option: to fight!
...And I have no idea how to beat this form >_>. I'll update you when I figure it out.
EDIT: Aha! I figured it was something like that! I have to draw an hourglass to freeze time for a little bit! Then I'm free to attack him! |
