True but scientists still have no clues on what really happened when the world was created. It is near impossible to find the answers on who actually created the world. Religion is so different it is actually a bit funny, it is similar to how the Santa Claus story was born, Jesus just came out of nowhere and told his beliefs. That very belief was spreaded. |
I don't believe in Jesus's teachings though. My beliefs in the past have been based upon logic and probability. And not to forget, the idea of God was around before Jesus. |

Yes, actually I have no clue on how those other past religions were spread, the Greek religion particually. And like I said, Jesus' teaching spreaded like a plague. Today there are more than a billion teachers of Christiantity. That is the very reason why there are many Christians today. I believe the reason is because quite a few childrens are afraid of hell. |

Yes, fear is one of the main reasons. I mean your life may suck on earth, but I would never want an eternity of torture. I can see where their fear stems from, I just don't think it is justified. |

Never. NEVER did I say life was created by chance. I am fine with admitting that we still haven't explained all things logically. That just means we need to get off our asses and find out.

I'm not questioning anyone's beliefs. I'm just stating my ideas on the subject. |

You're NOT questioning anyone's beliefs? That's not very good.
You should want to know more. I barely know anything. The whole of humanity barely knows anything. I want to know it all. Gimme more info, nao plx.
Also, I want to spread what I know. Making the rest of humanity more intelligent is a good thing. One of the things I want to do with my life is create a more intelligent species. Whether accomplishing that by changing the human race or make a separate species is currently undecided.

Let me reword that statement. I'm not trying to tell you that your beliefs are wrong. |

Same with me. It is possible that possibility is impossible. That is where there is impractical logic. You need both logics to keep eachother in check. Otherwise, you are not very logical. |

one of the most illogical thiongs about religion is that you cna "be saved as long as you have faith."
this sounds good in theory, but basically can even out to mass murder being acceptable. |

I agree with what you said. It's like saying Space monkeys live in pluto and controll the weather. Can you disprove that? No. Off topic but, I hate it when cristans bible thwack me. |

That is usually defined as Agnostic. Though I'm not trying to say your beliefs are wrong of course, I've just done a good amount of digging into the subject. You see, I used to have a phobia of death. I've rid myself of it though, and gained a pretty good understanding of the world's religions. I even have a new theory I've been working on to explain God's ability to see the future, if he does exist. |
You lost your phobia, I still have necrophobia. I don`t want to exist for eternity, but I do not want to not exist. I`m pretty much gonna not think about death and cross the bridge when I get there. |

I'll not believe in your god if I want to. Get over it. It's like me going out and making a topic ENCOURAGING Atheism.
I could care less about the afterlife, since i have my doubts about that, too. |

I don't believe in God. You need to learn to read. Also, I'm not saying anyone is wrong. I'm just saying logically neither is 100% right. |

I'm atheist, really.
It was found by archeology that the first of the prophets (If that's how you spell it), Moses, smoked a pound of grass of some sort when he had visions.
The rest was probably just jumping the bandwagon going for attention, or using it solve personal matters.
And if it wasn't for that all, very few would believe religions like they do now. In summary, I'm sorry, Christians, Jewish people and stuff, but you are believing what branched from a man on drugs and a bunch of attention whores. |
