I think that either you got confused or you never learned anatomy, because males mate with females and vice versa. Males don't mate with males and the same goes for females. |

Well, Ditto's genderless and can transform, so I think Ditto should be able to breed, as it could turn into a male or a female. Although I find that slightly disturbing...  |

"It has the ability to reconstitute its entire cellular structure to transform into whatever it sees."
Which means if it saw a male, let's say piplup, it would turn into a Piplup with male parts and breed

Fix'd.
I don't think it goes and mates with every Pokemon it sees. Wait, I just thought of something: How can Ditto mate with genderless Pokemon? I'll think it over. And since everyone is dying to see Ditto's physics, I'll just do it earlier. Although I'll have to wait until until I get around to doing it. Tomorrow or later today, probably.
