Anything that isn't 100% total masculine.
I got my first homosexuality accusation from some kid I don't know this year. Longest record so far. In the last few years, it's been within days of the school year starting.
And you know why it happened today?
Because I was sitting in a corner during lunch, eating, with my knees up. Apparently, it's such a feminine position that guys aren't allowed to SIT like that unless they're gay. (Topic about how some guy sits in OT reminded me of this.) I know homophobia and stuff is EVERYWHERE these days, but this is freakin' ridiculous.
I'm not pissed off about the fact that people think I'm gay. I'm pissed because they think I'm gay for such idiotic reasons, and the fact that they're actually using homosexuality as an insult.
I think I'm the last person in my school that hasn't used "gay" as an insult. |

Where I'm from, people call the others gay, like, for nothing. As if it meant "idiot" or something. |

In my school, people call you gay no matter what. Yesterday I heard this.
"That fire hydrent is so gay."
I laughed ou loud when I heard it. In my school, Gay means an object or living thing. I get called gay every 2 days. It gets old. I was called gay because..... Ready? Can you handle it?

The reason people call stuff "gay" is when they don't like it.
Unfortunately, one of my best friends HATES, HATES, gay people. He always picks on people whom he thinks are gay in the school.
Anyway, back to the "gay" stuff.
People just call stuff "gay" because they don't like that thing. I guess people are too stupid to think up of anther word to substitute for "gay". |

You are silly for believing that. For instance, what if you really were gay and have been offended by that. Its just as offensive as calling someone retarted even if they're not. I get offended by both of these because people act like being gay or retarted is a bad thing. I especially hate it when people call others retarted because one of my uncles suffers severe mental retardation and it feels terrible to hear people poke fun at others if they show the smallest amount of stupidity. It might not make any sense but just try to stop using those terms to insult people. |

At my school, people use "gay" and "retarded" as insults all the time, (and the N-word, too) so I'm just not bothered by it anymore. You can choose to not let those words bother you. |
