My dreams are all really vivid, and they all have some kind of story going on. Like, there's a PLOT, and it actually MAKES SENSE. I've had a ton of dreams that I could write a story based on...
Sometimes they make less sense, though. If you guys want to hear it, once I had a dream that I remembered all of, and when I typed it, it was really tl;dr (almost four pages long) ._. |

I wouldn't mind reading it.
...None of my dreams are detailed. They're all like acid trips. Except I'll occasionally remember a fictional character I dreamed about, or a situation. Like this time I dreamed about walking in on Phoenix Wright characters in a meeting. :B |

My most freakiest dream is when I was woken up one night to the sound of the heater.I was scared. It was very dark.I headed towards the living room...that was a bad idea...
Once I entered the room I was blasted with a sudden wave of cold.Chills went down my spine as I turned the corner only to be greated by the white noise and my television's static. As I approached it I started to feel heavy.I was only about a couple of feet away from it when I fell to the floor.I was bleeding from every hole in my body.I was throwing up on the floor.I screamed a very unnatural scream. My limbs twisted around in unatural ways as I reached to turn off the television...I didn't make it. |

The dream which scared me the most...
I was an explorer and I was sent with a group to explore ice-caves somwhere deep within a mountain. Time passed and we found nothing but ancient carvings from some nomadic race. As we turned began to back to leave, Carmichael (one of the scouts) had vanished.
It was after we had split up to go search for him in the labrynth-like caves that They began to appear. They were strange, tribal people. Wild. Their bodies and faces were painted with frost and blood. I could actually smell the stench of the dried blood...
I ran. I don't know how long I ran for, but I ran as fast as I could run. Eventually, I came upon a clearing. There, at the center of what could only be described as some sort of crazy ritual, were three of my men. Carmichael was not among them. I could see where he was clearly... His remains was devoid of most of its flesh and 'meat'. He had been devoured by these... monsters!
I'm not sure what happened next, its been a while since I had this dream, but I managed to escape. Sadly, my friends faired no better than Carmichael. I ran... ran ran ran ran ran... I ran until I found the entrance. I screamed for help, for someone to help me seal up the caverns...
But...
No one moved to help.
My boss approached me and pulled me into a tight hug. "Its okay... Its okay..." This was highly out of character for him. Why won't anyone seal the damn caves, I asked. "Mel... Don't look. Please, don't look behind you."
Of course, I did. The cavern was now just a tunnel. My group's bodies littered it... They had all died of hypothermia. Carmichael too.
I threw a fit. It was not a tunnel, it was a maze-like cavern habited by mad tribal cannabals. The medical crew told my boss that I was delirious and that I needed medical attention right away, or I could die...
I was carried into the First Aid Tent and tended to. My boss, meanwhile, had decided to send a group to collect the bodies.
Guess what happened next...
I had fallen asleep and when I woke up, everyone was gone. Well, everyone from the exploration and excavation crew. They were there.
"You... You have given us the most amusing hunt of all of those who came with you." the one I assumed to be their chief said. "For this, we will let you go... after we take what we desire."
Someone, I think it might had been their Witch Doctor or Shaman or something of the kind... He came over and... He removed my limbs. Left arm. Left leg. Right leg. Right arm.
"You may leave, now." the cheif said with a grin as she picked up my right arm.
As terrified as I was... I couldn't. How could I leave with no legs to walk or arms to drag me along? I said this to them.
The cheif grinned again.
Next thing I saw... was myself, limbless, coated in blood, being carried off by that psycho who craved me like a bird for dinner.
I woke up then. When I woke up, I was covered in my blankets in such a way that I could not see my torso and that it felt as though I was floating. I could not see or move my arms or legs.
That... was the worst part of the whole dream and immediate aftermath. |

Medikoopa, I personally believe that if you wrote books that are basically expanded versions of your dreams, you'd become a very famous author. |

Lord Bowser is right, Medi. That dream does sound like something that could make an interesting book.
EDIT: Perhaps you could begin slowly writing a book in your spare spare time...

Oh wow, Medikoopa, that sounds really creepy but kind of cool. o.o
If you want to read my really long messed up dream, it's HERE. I don't think you'd want me to copy/paste it in here...
Also, there's this one that I had... back in July of 2005, wow. I'll copy/paste this one since it's not as long.
| Quote: | Okay, so me and a huge handful of other people were stuck inside this big mansion. And by big I mean like.. a few dozen floors high, with space-age technology on one floor and ballroom-like prettiness on the next. The only person who I recognized was my friend Matt, all the others were like.. random dream generated folk.
So anyway, if anyone else here has ever seen the Cube movies, this scenario sorta reminded me of that. Basically, we were stuck in this mansion for absolutely no logical reason. The only way we were able to get out is if we overcame the trials on each floor.. which could potentially injure us greatly or kill us. Yay, what a productive way to amuse yourself!
And I remember the first few floors determined your identity in the game.. like, the crazy people who set all this up didn't want to bother learning everyone's name, so the first floor was a game to pick what your name would be. I ended up as Kitty, heh. I don't remember that part of the dream.. in fact, I think it started off on the second floor after we'd all been labeled.
Anyway, the second floor was one to split us into teams of three. What you had to do was search through these... tunnel things for a key with your "name" on it, then find the door it unlocked and go in there to wait for your other teammates to find theirs. The door would only open from the inside if all three keys had been used. So pretty much.. if you got attacked by something in the tunnels, you died. If you fell or got crushed by a mechanical tunnel thing, you died. If one of your teammates died and left you in the room with no way out.. you died.
So I got my key, miraculously not even getting slightly hurt. I got to my room, and it turns out I was the third to arrive.. "Puppy" and "Bunny" were already inside the room. I somehow don't think the names on the keys were coincidence, but whatever.
The next floor was a ballroom, with a huge banquet set up and pretty music playing, so we could dine and dance all night. Yay, something non-life threatening! Or so you'd think.. There were only two exits, which were the path back into the tunnels (which you couldn't get back out from anyway) and a staircase blocked off by these three butlers dressed in black suits. They'd tell us to enjoy the party and stay there.. but of course, if we just stayed there, we'd never get out, right?
So four of the teams (maybe we were the only four left?) sent a representative.. it was Matt and I, plus two random guys. We asked nicely if we could get past, and they just let us through.. this freaky old guy standing there asked us one last time if we were sure we wanted to leave the party, and we said yes, we'd very much like to go home now. So he lets us through, where we have to go up the stairs, turn a corner, and go down a smaller set of stairs leading to a path to the next floor.
You know how you get that sudden rush of adrenaline whenever something freaky happens?
The three boys are behind me, on their way down, and I get two steps down the second staircase.. all of a sudden there's this loud bang, a rush of air sends a curtain flying in our direction, and a woman in the background screams. It gets a little darker, and you can just imagine the scent of blood filling the area.. and the four of us get the immediate impression that we're going to be killed by whatever's coming around that corner. My heart was pounding, I swear I could feel the adrenaline rush in real life.
So, dream-me turns tail and runs, of course. We all get back down the big staircase into the ballroom, the three butlers regain their guard position, and the freaky old guy goes "I thought you might not want to leave." |

When I was younger, I had a weird dream of a fight and I ended up helping and teaming up with that person (the people in my dream were people i know in real life). In real life, a couple of people applied to be student councilers in school a few days before that dream. The people who got it in my class was me and the person who i teamed up with in my dream.
SO my dream told me that i would do/get something with that person O_O"
EDIT: And once when i had a dream when I was about 4 ((yes, it's so *cragging* scary that i can remember this...)) I dreamed that I was in a 3-D ish game and watch stage... suprizingly shaped like my room when i was that young. some game and watches were sinking some of the platforms, so i had to jump to the platforms a bit higher. ((funny enough, the las tthing i thought about while awake was when we had unlocked something to do with game and watch)) I jumped again, and then yet again. I jumped again onto of my bunk bed (i jumped in a square shape to reach the top of it :p) and then i woke awake due to my dad complaining about noise i was making in my dream. When that happened, i was ontop of the bunk bed... When i moved in my dream i moved in real life O_O THAT IS SO *cragging* SCARY! AND THE FACT THAT I REMEMBER IT IS *cragging* SCARY! |

That scary dream? Well, it was like something out of a horror movie. And when I dreamt that, I hated (and thus did not watch) horror movies. But I don't know... Most of the time, I either dream I'm among the Rutani long story; suffice to say its a human race that can journey through dreams. And they seem to think that I am the embodiment of their Creator - which I sort of am, since I literally dreamed them up., somewhere from a video game or fantasy/sci-fi literature or movie, our world, or nothing at all.
Main problem: I hate deadlines and I get nervous when people pressure me to write more. Case in point: this one guy, out of the blue, reviewed all my 'chapters' in Ten times Ten (Mario Fanfic100 challenge), each one more or less "Lol I liked this. Write more plx." or "This was awesome. Update soon."
That inspired this.
Another time, I had woken up, gone through school, and then one of my friends wanted to borrow one of the books I had for casual reading. I said 'sure, but give it back to me tomorrow'. Next day, I woke up and requested the book back. She was confused, asking me what book. I told her, she insisted that I didn't lend her a book.
I still don't know whether the day before was just a dream or if she was lying... |

Scientifically, you always have dreams. You just don't have to remember them. I had one where I gratuated, went to college, and it looked EXACTLY like my old school. My science teacher was there... and she was fatter than usual... then my science teacher is apperantly SO awsome, and she was being SO weird in the dream, that I figured out it was a dream.
I forgot to fly, and crap. All I remember doing is...
having sexual fun, without getting in trouble, then I play for a long time, and get bored, and try to get out of the dream. (I seriously thought I would be stuck there forever. Would have been schweet, but the cops were on to me.... >.> So I go to this giant robotic area like some kind of robot anime sci fi place, and I try to get to the top of the spiral staircase, and break the nucleus to get out.
Funny thing is, that's how I got out. 0_0 Dreams are real. Anyone know the string theorie? There's a theorie about when you sleep, other dimensions run through your mind. We see in 3d, but this? Dreams can be any D that grambi wants them to be.
I also had one where I had a soda in class. Nice dre- HEY, DAMN TEACHER, IT'S MINE DON'T CONFISCATE IT. Then I go through a long crappy adventure in an arcade just to get it back, (and the background of the dream was TOTAL graffiti. It was a green brick wall, with tons of wierd graffiti, ofcourse I was too young to know any swear words for there to be on it.
Well, I got my soda back, might as well slowly enjoy it, let's open it, and.... *alarm clock'd* |

For those of you that said you don't dream... you do, but you just can't remember. Every human dreams every night, but you will randomly remember one or two.
As for me, I've been having some REALLY, REALLY weird dreams lately.
The first involved Jim Carrey, a Meta Knight shaped ball, and a demon shaped ball. Jim Carrey was like, insane or someting, cuz he was running around like a monkey, and I was trapped outside my house, which wasn't really my house. It was far too large.
In another one, I had... intimate (not THAT intimate) relations with a girl I pursued for about a month, only to find out that I wasn't allowed to elave the house to see people, so I locked myself in the refridgerator.
Another one involved Tucan Sam and a river of yogurt.
I had one that I lost my iPod, and it turned out to be inside my belly, so I had to (this is where it gets weird) bungee jump until I caught it in my hand.
Yet another involved a large portion of the cast from the anime FLCL (the only one I watch), Sea World, and a small colony of opossums.
Oh, yeah, I think I'm involved with some parallel universe in my dreams. It's really hard to explain, but I'll tell you what I mean if you ask. |
