The conclusion would be the statement answering the hypothesis, while the results is the information that led you to your conclusion.
And yes, that is what I was trying to say. I'm not too good at explaining, but I know what it is. |

Data is like, what happened.
It took 20 minuets for the salt to fizz, but only 10 for the pepper to fizz.
Results:
Thus because the *miniral crap* in the pepper, the pepper takes less tim to fizz.
Data is best in a table. Do that. |
