Jail-time doubles each time you are imprisoned.
Being jailed is basically a temp-ban, since you can't post anywhere. |

But people start breaking rules once they're out....so it doesn't really work that well....and the thing about not being about the post anywhere is kinda false; you can post in that one jail forum, and you can send PM's by sending people items...so it's not like you totally can't talk to anyone at the fourm. |

Maybe going with the whole getting-rid-of-jail, 3-strike-tempban idea, but with a tempban you can still PM Francis {and ONLY Francis} to plead your case if you think it was unfair. |

Oh, and @ Francis; You're missing the point. People don't care if they get jailed. They wont stop flooding the forums because they know that they WILL be back at some point. |

IMO, what this forum needs is more permaban.
Therefore, we should have a set amount of jailing times. Fro example, if someone gets jailed for the foruth time, they are perma-banned. But they still get a while to stay at jail so they can send their goodbyes, complain, leave last art pieces, and stuff. But you can make the benhammar hit'em fast if they use this last chance to make some SPAM nobody will really see anyway. |

I didn't know Lord Bowser was permabenned.
Jolene's idea is good. You should only be able to send PMs to Francis (or whichever mod tempbenned you) during a tempben.
And the jail is useless. |

But a strike refresh each month plx. I have two strikes, and being jailed REALLY won't help me.
Ever sense I killed my R-potty rep, I've fealt more of a bad person on this forum, seeing I got no strikes back then. |

I stated in my first post that they should increase the number of strikes before being banned. |
