Okay, the basic premise of this is as follows:

1) You fill out the 'sign in' sheet that will be provided soon.
2) Your character will be randomly paired up with someone, whom they shall fight.
3) At the end of 'set one', all the winners shall start fighting each other one by one.
4) The losers of set one shall fight one another in an anything-goes match. Some can pair up. Some can just attempt to obliterate the others. Anything goes.
5) The winner of the main set will be able to face off against the Tournament Champion.

*The final winner shall be given a trophy both in and outside of the comic tournament. Also, they shall be given their choice of artwork.
*Runner-up (as in, the person who lost to the winner before the Tournament Champion) will be awarded a headshot or 'waist-and-up' picture of their choice.
*The winner of the Loser-Free-For-All will be granted "The Greatest Loser of All Time" award.
*The loser of the Loser-Free-For-All will be given a "The Worst Fighter of All" trophy inside the comic. For added embarrasement, of course.

Rules
0. One character per person. Choose wisely.
1. No 'godmodding'.
2. If you can 'throw in the towel', but if you do, you lose the match. BUT you can fight the person beaten by whomever your opponent faces next.
3. If your character has godly powers, they will be dampened.
4a. If you happen to be fighting in an arena-setting, if you set foot outside of the arena, you lose automatically.
4b. If you're a ghost, or something else that doesn't have feet, if you go outside of the arena's boundries (not above or below, but outside the perimeter), you lose.
5. If you are killed in the match, you lose. You will be ressurected by Medikoopa Kooparia, of course.
6. At random, items will drop into the arena, like in Super Smash Brothers. Make use of them or keep them away from your opponent by chucking them out of the arena.

Oil Tanker - A large truck with a full load of gasoline drops from the sky, causing a huge explosion. There is no guarentee Jolly Roger can avoid the blast, so this is a last resort attack

Rush Hour - His ultimate move, a large scale swarm of vehicles come speeding by with him at the lead, riding his Patrol Wheelie.

Strengths:

-His weapon, the "GO" Sign, is used similar to a polearm, or a lance. Jolly Roger is a master of defense with it. Melee attackers will have trouble in close-quarters combat.
-Has a wide array of ground-sweeping attacks
-Has the ability to jump pretty high(a bit like a dragoon)
-Agile melee attacks

Weaknesses:

-Lacks a good array of air-based special attacks.
-Somewhat lacking in offense and has only basic movement speed.
-Isn't too good at dodging magic attacks(Yeild helps protect him if he uses it)
-A bit lacking in stamina, has to stop for a few seconds to catch his breath after sprinting, or an extended CQ Combat period.

Basic history:

Jolly Roger was just what he thought was an average citizen of his hometown, doing his job as a traffic officer. He has a personalized Wheelie, which he calls the "Patrol Wheelie." After Avlein and his friends helped him stop an out-of-control Gas Tanker, Jolly Roger joined them on their quest to stop an evil force that had previously destroyed the Kirby Warrior Memorial Tower. After the quest was over, Jolly Roger returned home to be with the girl he secretly loved, who he has mentioned to noone.

Personality:

He once didn't know that he had a traffic cone on his head. Once he found out about it, he decided to keep it with him so Mayor McCheese would have a place to stay, and also as a symbol of his authority. He often comes up with somewhat bad, yet somewhat funny lines. He is pretty laid back, and has a tendency to avoid conversation whenever possible.

Appearance of weapon:"Freezerburner" has an outer appearence similar to one of Dr. Eggman's handheld laser guns,but it is light blue with a support beam where the handle would be.
