Lots of people coming here see that Digibutter has no rules, they aren't posted anywhere.... I think either Francis or one of the Mods should post them somewhere. I know this has been brought up before, and still hasn't been addressed. Please post them somewhere, maybe Sticky in announcements, or in Intros. Please... |

I agree. A while back I posted something that was considered advertising. However, I didn't ever see the rule because they're so well hidden. I think they should be the first stickied topic in their category. |

There should either be a locked Rules forum like many other forums have, or a sticky in introductions/New users come here. |

Actually, to answer all your questions, the rules are right here: http://digibutter.nerr.biz/viewtopic.php?t=1259 and on the FAQ. Some of it may need to be updated.

It needs to be stickied so it can always be seen. And those are quite vague and need updating. |

So, I guess that time has come. I have suggested that a lot of time ago, too, but it remains unlistened.
So we need a mod to make the rules clear. And I'll ask you, if you are reading this and you are a mod with the competence it takes, make the rules clear. |

Supported 9004%.
I'm actually working on new rules myself, but I haven't sent any to Francis yet. |

I completely agree that the rules need to be made more specific. We also need fad control rules. |

| Francis wrote: | | You may not attempt to 'flood', 'spam', or disrupt the public areas on the message boards. Disruption is defined as posting to a forum a large number of messages which contain no substantive content and where normal discussion in the forum is significantly hindered. Examples of disruptive activities include, but are not limited to, posting multiple messages with little or no text in the body, or posting many follow-ups to your own messages. |
Any "fads" that use flooding are against the rules. Though, I think a "Any thread after the second shall be deleted and striked" rule should be made. You can have a serious topic called "My cat bit me D:" and people could turn that into a "fad". You shouldn't be punished, you didn't want your topic to become a "fad". |
