Luigi followed the light stealthily, keeping as quiet as he could. As he came to the top of the stairs, he thought he could hear voices in a nearby room. Inching forward silently, Luigi listened by the door.
"... Can't make anymore mistakes. Understand?"
Another voice replied, a screeching wail of a voice.
"O-of course... it will be done..."
There was a sound, like the swish of a cloak, and then, quite suddenly, without warning, the door to the room opened. Boo had opened it, and was blinking slightly in surprise.
"Wha- hey! YOU! You're not going anywhere..."
The boo flew straight toward him, and Luigi ran, setting off down a hallway and looking for a more effective weapon he could use against this creature. |

(( No, we split up. You do not know exactly where I am magically, and are not supposed to do this. Instant kill negated. ))
Luigi ran as fast as he could, still searching. Finally, he came upon an empty room, which he ducked into quickly. "Yes!" he said, spotting a vacuum cleaner not too far away.
"Okay, it's no Poltergust, but... it'll do!" he says quickly to himself, grabbing it just as the boo floated into the room. Taking aim, Luigi flipped the 'on' switch, sucking up the boo. It gave a final agonizing screech before disappearing completely.
"What was it doing here... and who was it talking to?" Luigi wondered aloud.
"Well, I better get back to the others and tell them about this." |
