Or, Francis could set pre-fixed list of possible options that badges effect. So if i wanted to make a sticker, i would have to look at a list to decide what effect.
And, if it wasn't on the list what you wanted, you could donate 5 coins to francis and add a note of what effect. If he accepted it, it would add it to the list. if rejected, you would get your 5 coins back. |

That is a very good idea.
On a later note I also agree with UltiMario on the kind of sticker rule that was of course gotten from SSBB. |
