Simple: He/she/it had a sex-change operation from female to male, and she never had her eggs removed. Therefore, she can still become pregnant, but now that she has a penis, she can't give birth normally, so she'll have to do a C-section, which is a dangerous maneuver to remove the baby when it's ready to come out.
There is absolutely no way for it to come out of a penis, and no, I'm not trying to be funny by saying this. I feel bad for him/her/it. =( |

What annoys me, though, is that people are making fun of "him," just because of his decision.
