Is it? I thought it was the same place as where you get Dialga/Palkia only at the top of the map. I've been there and dove the event so...
Also is "base 0, 85, or 255? |

But non hacked Arceus is met at lvl 70, lol. Judgement is leared at lvl 100 too.Also about the base. |

Arceus is in fact met at level 80. I have one, as Yellow Magikoopa knows. I hacked the flute that looks suspiciously like the Ocarina of Time on crack and played the whole event out. |

Same. (actually I could make your Arceus hold the flute so you can do the event, but I heared somewhere that doesn't work and you need to have the mystery gift/ation replay). |

I'd say it wouldn't work, because a Pokemon holding a Key item would screw things up pretty bad... |
