This idea may have been suggested by someone but any chance of an ignore list where when any member PMs someone and the one sending the PM is on the other member's ignore list the PM is still sent but is unable to reach the member meaning the sender has proof of sending the PM while the receiver does not have proof of getting the PM.
If you want alter the idea in a way that you think would work. |

What if it's actually important?
I suggest adding a Junk box that stores mail from ignored members without taking up inbox space or saying you have received a PM/have a new message. |
