My idea:
Breathe some life back into Star Carnival by having various 'activities' such as a coconut shy (using random numbers), etc.
Then, on the day if Digi's birthday, a/the Party Forum is opened up (for a day) including special alts (which, hopefully, people will use to revert back to their original name if they had a different name than they do now).
