Viewing your main account in relation to your RP alt accounts, how would you describe the relationship?

Do you think of your alts as your "family"? You would live with them, they are all from the same "blood"
Roomates? They would live with you like best friends in college.
Pets? You care for them, but they are not equal to you.
Just a change of outfit? It is you pretending to be someone else.
Or do you not care anything about them? They are disposable things that you create/destroy to serve your needs.

They are just me playing as them.

Depends on the Alt. I love most of them, but sometimes they don't like me back.

Like...Tayl is mad I replaced her account, and Ashley doesn't like me because I changed my name to Mona, but she really doesn't like anyone. I usually don't interact with my Alts while I RP, but I <3 them either way. :D

I'd say costume, but RPing is so much more to me than that. Sure, you are just slapping a coat of paint on an avatar and talking in a funny voice, but to those who cherish roleplaying it is so much more. I pour my mind and soul into these characters and make them my own. Even if it is only for a few brief minutes that I am RPing my alts, I am them as much as they are me. All of my alts are an extension of myself, although of course much more interesting.

That's my opnion on the matter.
