I mean like... a .app of it for Mac OSX?

I mean macs...are macs and don't have Microsoft Paint for obvious reasons.
So I need SOME kind of doodling application.

EDIT1: Or better yet, just a swf or something I can open in safari at any time

You could use the GIMP, though that may not be the best image program if you're just wanting to doodle.
