Responding to a question, Aonuma has considered what would happen if Link were to visit the contemporary world, or be dropped into a World War II setting. But how such concepts would fit into an actual game isn't easy to say.
It's not official confirmation of course, but it shows that Aonuma isn't afraid to think about complete change for the franchise, at the very least. |

If they do that to Zelda then I'd drop the series. It'd be the only thing that Nintendo could do to be total morons. Zelda and WW2 or modernity ? NO ! |
