Anyone who is actually posting why they should be a mod here is a dick and should consider suicide.

Mister I, you are a great mod, and even if you don't do more than a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY awesome member, we need people like that to be mods. You are able to help with things in the mod forum that other members are not able to, and that is because we trust you and value your opnion. I will not resent you for quitting your position, I just think you are being a little hasty in this decesion.

Popple, please don't say that. The people who want my position commiting suicide part, I mean. I applaud those who came to stand up and apply, as they're just trying their hardest. If they abuse the position, Francis can take them off. Piece of cake, simple as that.

Now, quite simply, I do view myself as a good member. A good moderator, however, I am not. There's someone better here, and I've thought about this for months now (as Goomba can tell you), but I think if someone wants this position, and thinks they could do a great job, who am I to stand in their way? I just want what's best for the site, and I think that giving my position to someone more responsible, while continuing to help out in the little ways I usually do, would be in digibutter's best interest.

And Nassy...please don't. At least not for this. You're...uh...very special to me...yeah... ;.;

I was a moderator on a fairly-active forum for over a year. After that, I was a mod on a slightly bigger forum for about a month before it fail'd. I was an Admin on one of my friend's forums, and I was pretty much the only staff active for a while once everyone started leaving.

Pretty recently, I was a Global Mod on a forum that was pretty big, run by the same person who ran one of the others. I quit for my own reasons, which were disagreeing with some of the actions made by the Admins (hiring too many Staff, having more mods than members, etc.) I would like to believe that I did a great job being a mod, and I'm sure that I would do the same for digibuttter. That, and I'm basically on this site every day. I know I have anger issues, but I am going to therapy and finding other ways to relieve stress than flamewars (Garry's Mod, Guild Wars, etc.). I can understand if you do not want me to be staff because of my personal issues, but I assure you I will keep those under control at all times.

Mister I, I believe you are a fantastic moderator. Most of the time, you show a level of maturity I almost can't comprehend, and you've always been a great guy to talk to. If you are positive on resigning, I wish you the best of luck and assure both you and the Elite Nerr Francis that I would not be a mistake for a moderator position.

I myself am interested in being a moderator. However I realize that there are many more people here who are more suited to be mod. I know I'm not anywhere near the level of moderator material of the other people running. Just for the future.....
