It just says you have to make a ghost, right? That means you just have to finish, right?
Because Mii (Outfit B) is unlocked for getting all fast staff ghosts.
...I want Funky Kong, but I'm horrible at Time Trials. ;.; ('cept Koopa Cape, but that was seriously WAY too easy) |

Ugh, don't talk to me about unlocking the expert ghost data...
Trust me, getting... what Mister I put in spoilers is not worth it ;_;
All I can suggest is looking at the Worldwide Champions' Ghost Data (through the MKWii Channel) and copying what they do =\ |
