Here's something that I believe will work, if we had a party:
1. Opening. Party begins at 6 or 7 P.M.
2. Maiq Party Avatars will be distributed. I'll probably be getting my other version of Photoshop today, and I could start creating Maiq party avatars for each member. If anyone else wishes to help, then the may. It will restore the feelings of a “party” that the first party did.
3. No Spam, Etc. If the party receives it's own forum, then, if someone spams it, they will be banned from that particular forum. A few moderators will also need to be there to keep watch.
4. Fireworks Show. As it is Memorial Day, we should commerate each person who died. Each user, will have to sign a list if they wish to use fireworks, for the people who have died. It will go in order, whoever signed the list, can use their fireworks after the other one (the one before them) has finished.
5. Item Drop. To commerate those who have died, we bury a few of our own items among the graves of those who have passed away. This could take place, maybe an hour or so after the fireworks show.
6. Speech. One of the members will give a speech on, the War of September 1st, and how it all happened from their point of view. Or, Francis could give a talk about it, and tell us how his adventures were, when he became Giga Francis, as well as announce anything that is needed to.
7.Conclusion. Party concludes at 12 A.M. EST. |

That would be about 2am to 8am GMT, pretty much leaving out any European users who want to enjoy the party. I get really frustrated when I miss parties here due to timezones.
In general, I think we should definitely have another party, but changes should be made to reduce spamming and increase fun. |

Momorial day only happens in the US. aA good chunk of the site is either in Canada or other parts of the world, most of whom have no idea what the holiday is about, and it's purpose. I have no clue myself, it just sounds like another day in which the government forces on School Districts so that the teachers don't have to work, and they don't have to pay them. Not really party worthy. :/
