Hooray! I contributed two quotes! Including the finishing one! Yay!

Alright, now that my stupid optomistic outburst has finished, you make excellent points in a logical way supported with evidence, statistics, and research. While none of that is really firsthand experience, like most of us have gone through, perhaps that's much better to give an accurate opinion: unbiased, intelligent, and well-founded.

Now, first and formost, I've discovered that it's become easier for members to leave than new members to join in. While we pretend to open our arms to new members because they sound "epic" or "has good grammur" or something else like that, we're very biased and caught up in our own little digibutter worlds. It's basically a big split between members: you're either an RPottie as they've been dubbed (those who frolic in Role play and Role-Play Off-Topic), or those who spam in Off-Topic. It's become apparent that digibutter is lacking the discussion people care about: the stuff about Super Paper Mario and questions about the old games and just having fun with them, reguardless of how old the original discussion may be.

Alright, now to address every one of your comments with my own opinion, Wee Gee. I hope you don't mind. ^^

The moderators are Francis (administrator), plus Chaos Dimentio, TotallySpaceshipGuy3, Goomba, Lord Crump, and Plastic Mario. Other than them, a few members have left the moderating staff, those being myself and Francine. Popple, our original moderator has been fired.

...sadly, I have run out of time. I will update this post in about 45 minutes or so with all answers. Until then, ciao.

I thought what we have here IS Nerr 2.0.

We have issues, though, installing Member 0.9.

I'm sorry, normally I would not want to tarnish this rare example of logical, good discussion with short, snarly and kind of violent three-liners, but I'm down because I seem to have gotten the cape of the local whiner.

I can see how you value my efforts. How incredibly rewarding. I didn't expect sunshines, rainbows and kitten and everyone bowing to the great savior Zelnor, I'm not that arrogant or self-centered, but I thought at least someone would agree.

I’m quite fond of you O Chunks, and we should start a movement or something. I’m not sure if I understand when you say, “Everything a moderator does.” What do they do? I’d like to know what they do. Are there hidden locks? When people spam, are they just warned and not given appropriate punishment? Because, as I read in the rules, someone is supposed to get striked/jailed and I saw several posts with bad quality, as it says.

Your On Mr. Weeg, Lets Do it, I'm all for positive change =D

Well Moderators do lock, move delete so on so forth. an I know one of my closest friends (Chaos Dimentio) takes her job as a moderator very seriously. and has collaborated with some of the other members and mods a Code of conduct. which still needs to be acknowledged by the big Franis in the sky.

As for the punishments as they stand Its subjective to the moderators in question, there is no punishment rulebook and its loosely based, and ultimately the moderator as a singular person. Their Call to enforce, and how much force to exert. Which ultimately it should be, but the guidelines should be more concrete. as Ive must have suggested in passing A Rubric system for things like spam.

Now I do believe to possibly clear out some confusion, Mods should release some sort of Audit, but unfortunately having such information I'm afraid would childishly be used to "compare" moderators. and as much as I'm an advocate for free speech that will just cause the stress levels of the moderation team (and Francis) to soar. In other words though it may be an educational experience, but the knowledge is ill trusted to the people in general.

the Moderators are all great people. and are all suited for their job, they just need a code, acknowledged or not by Francis. that they all abide by.

Anything I will say has already been said several times better. I agree with you, Wee Gee. However, you shouldn't be so fast to dictate this forum's whole history when you you haven't been here for any longer than a month.

Wee Gee, Im; wondering. Have you ever gone into any of those places? (Star Carnival has nothing to do with Mario but the name. Miyamojo is dedicated entirely to Miyamoto)

I think - if anyone agrees so much with Wee Gee, then why is Digibutter as it is ? And don't say "It's the others."

Simple fact: Nobody can help it. Digi grew up. Every forum that gets off the ground goes rotting someday. Exceptions are very rare; personally I never saw one.

For the SPM thing, well, most of us SPM fans like other Mario games, right? Well, since we have so many members, why don't we just talk about other games? Most of us have completed SPM anyway. I guess this is a "mario" site instead of a "SPM" site.

For Off Topic, it...kinda is madness. I only see a few posts that aren't spam, like mine. XD
Anyways, doesnt its name describe it?
