Decided to see why my brother was playing the game virtually non-stop for the first month or so, so I popped the game in the Wii and opened a new file.
Not even going to talk about graphics or the blood, as graphics is simply eye-candy while I've seen lots of blood in the original Mortal Kombat games. Hehe. Babality.
Went through the tutorial in full. I'm not stupid, I know better than to ignore important stuff like that. I must say, the way their heads popped off was most fun, and the bug-zapper sword is a pretty sweet choice of weapon. Unorthodox, but sweet.
Okay, I ran around killing generic body-guards and smashing boxes for cards, health, and power for my Almighty Bug-Zapper Sword. Nice. Got the hang of the throws and slashes. Running along, running alon- hell? I got a phone?
"Hello?" Annoying Lady's mumbling in the Wiimote, so I have to raise it up to my ear to hear her. She's just talking about how I have to defeat this assassin to become number 10 and if I fail, I got a one-way ticket to hell. "Shut it, lady." Suddenly, she starts to yell. The hell? Did she hear me? "Calm down! Sheesh!" She doesn't. Annoying *crag*. FINALLY she shuts up and I can carry on with the killing.
Oooh. A mask! ..? Geh. Obscure past? Bet you that I meet up with this old master in the game. Probably the top or second-top assassin. It always works out like that. Aw... I wanted to wear the mask.
Well, now its time to kill the soon-to-be late Number Ten.
Oooh. Pretty view. Wonder how many people he killed to get this sweet place...
Ack! Giant sword with little bug-zapper! I'm domed! Or AM I..?
I am. He's tryin' to kill me. I can't get a blow in- ah! There's a box of zappy-juice! Got it! Hey! I can hit him now! Time to bring on the pain.
Yes! Took him down! That Two-Clone-Copies trick was irritating, but I got him.
I wonder if I- ew. Blood still on the floor.
Aw. Just rank C? Ah well. Whoa. That statue's movin'! Ah wait. Its that annoying lady on my Wiimote Cellphone. Hiya, annoyance!
Ick. This guy's horny. Wants Psycho Phone Gal to sleep with him if he gets to Rank 1.
Time to use the toilet-save.
