What’s your favorite thing to do whenever you play games like grinding or getting 100% that sorta stuff.

I like to go for 100% in games I really enjoy. Otherwise, I just play to have fun and beat the game.

Play to have fun, it depends on the gameplay of the game how I’ll play it really
For botw and totk i play those by grinding materials and actively seeking out enemy camps to attack, so i get better things as i go. I also cook a lot of stamina food because I’m climbing or gliding a lot.
Then, after I’m well established, i try to complete the final boss. 100% can be hard to achieve (i actually don’t know if I’ve ever 100%ed a game)
It was a goal of mine to 100% botw but koroks count for ~two thirds - three quarters(?) so i sort of gave up hope on that

The only game I’ve (regretfully) 100% is SM64DS

Im a sucker for limited time/seasonal unlockables, like Tetris99 themes, What the Golf stages, animal crossing stuff, splatfests, etc. Keeps me going back to games I enjoy that I would otherwise have moved on and forgotten.
