Go to the forum lists.
There is a list of forums you've hidden and you can unhide them from there.

i clicked lists but it was blank
if i'm not looking in the right place can you link me to where i'm supposed to look

Okay i actually had to go to their actual profiles to unhide them but you helped a little at least thanks
