They already teased Persona 5 awhile ago, the article referenced in this says preproduction is basically finished on it and they are probably going to kick it into full gear as soon as Persona 4 Golden is finished up.

I just realized this will probably be a 2D sprite based fighter.
That just blows my *crag*ing mind.

Also Aigis, Souji, Yosuke, and Chie were confirmed for characters along with the story involving Teddie announcing some kind of fighting tournament.
Sounds *crag*ing weird but who knows.

Kanji is on there too along with someone of Priestess Arcana that I don't recognize the face of, Yukiko maybe? The characters seem to be based on Arcana although I doubt that means anything significant.

Also this is the arcade version so that character select screen is by no means an indication of what the full roster could be for the console release.

I think the main thing to take away from this is that it seems like this is going to be an offshoot and not really hold to the canon of the series, meaning they can pretty much bring back anyone without having to establish a justification for it.
