I've always wished someone would make a real fighting game like that. Kinda like the old arcade game "Time Killers" where you could cut off someone's head in the first move.

For some reason I liked the Dead Space one near the end. It's realistic, yet doesn't try to be funny to my knowledge.

You mean #2? I think that is Gears of War, and the tips of his fingers are cut off. I guess from the chainsaw gun?
