If the cold war had turned into a European land war it would have been an impressive kerfuffle, at least according to Wargame: European Escalation from R.U.S.E. creators Eugen Systems. It’s probably acceptable to sit back and enjoy the spectacle since none of this is actually happening, and what a spectacle it is. Hundreds of infantrymen rushing down hills, tanks smashing their way through obstacles, and all kinds of long range and air-based support raining down fire from above. I’m officially Very Excited Indeed about playing this. Perhaps you will be too when you see the latest trailer, which resides below.
