Charles Schmidt, creator Keyboard Cat and Christopher Orlando Torres, creator of Nyan Cat, are suing Warner Bros. for the use of both characters in the Scribblenauts series. Both creators say their copyrights on the characters were infringed upon in the game. The pair are looking for an unspecified amount of damages.

I can't believe these two are going to make claims like this. How many people out there have used both of these cats in their own content, some of which has made money? The entire internet was playing off one another with these characters, but 5th Cell making a nod to internet meme history is cause for a lawsuit?
