'No plans' for One Piece: Romance Dawn in the states
If you're a fan of the One Piece series, you might want to look towards importing a European or Japanese 3DS. Namco Bandai was asked about the chances of One Piece: Romance Dawn coming stateside. A company rep stated that there were no plans for a release in North America.
