Sony has announced its European PlayStation Plus lineup for October, revealing that subscribers will receive free access to Far Cry 3 and other downloadable hits throughout the month.

Capcom's action-RPG Dragon's Dogma will also launch for PlayStation Plus in Europe next month, complete with the game's recently released Dark Arisen expansion. Black Forest Games' Kickstarter-funded platformer Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams rounds out the month's PS Plus offerings on the PlayStation 3.

PlayStation Vita owners will receive the crossover fighting game Street Fighter x Tekken as part of the PlayStation Plus program in October, along with Namco Bandai's oddball stuff-gathering sim Touch My Katamari. Sony has issued no word as to whether any of next month's featured games in Europe will join North America's PlayStation Plus lineup.
