SMW's graphics are shittily set up in a way so they can fit in the game, and the graphics are different for sprites and foreground stuff, the gems are foreground, the gems that fly up are sprites, the foreground graphics are alright but the sprite ones are pretty *crag*ed up so thats the best i could do
