That gives me an idea...
New Up Special: Puffy Wario
Wario puffs up like how he does when he gets stung by a bee, which allows him to float upward slowly. This lasts for a while, because it doesn't make you go up as fast as other recoveries, but it does allow for you to move left and right at normal air speed while in this mode, making it a bit more useful for side-recovering.
This move, unfortunately, can leave Wario open for attack sometimes, so you can cancel the floating early by moving the control stick down, or if you're using the Wii Remote, tap down on the directional pad. This makes Wario fall down like he would after the puffiness wears off.
New Down Special: Fat Wario
A simple ground-pound, much like Yoshi and Bowser's. If used in midair, Wario grows twice as fat and falls down quickly. Once he hits the ground, he turns back to normal.
If used on the ground, Wario grows twice as fat like in the air, but stays on the ground as he does so, before jumping a small height and crashing down.
I think the Special and Side Special moves can stay. |

Schweet. I really don't like Sakurai giving Wario the Wario Waft. He had never before had the power to do damage by farting. Only in Strikers:Charged. It kinda ruins Wario's rep as an actual EVIL person, replacing it with childish, grotesque humor. |
