That's because THE R.O.B. was the
1) Best
2) Most Powerful
3) There was one more, but I can't think of it, now.
And these reasons are
1) THE R.O.B. was the leader of the R.O.B.s on the Isle of the Ancients, before Tabuu took over
2) Why Tabuu chose THE R.O.B. to be the leader
3) The R.O.B. you get

Unnacurate. R.O.B. had that post since long ago and Tabuu had nothing to do with it. And besides, you get it because it's the leader and the only who who doesn't get hypnotized.
