Okay, lemme break this down as much as I possibly can:
Haiku is a form of poetry, like a limerick, for example, but with a different amount of syllables and lines. It is not some kind of "game", and the rules never change. A haiku ALWAYS has 5 syllables on the first line, 7 on the second, and 5 on the third. This should make sense by now. So basically what you've been writing is not haiku. |
