[Aran Ryan]

Kamek stared at the plant.

"Does that one shoot out gas or spores?" He asked, the look of the plant seemed familiar to him... somehow.

[Mysterious Stranger]

"Hm... It actually spits out a type of poisonous fire, if I remember correctly. It was bred that way unintentionally, though, as it was supposed to spew a kind of cleaning acid...
One of the plants that was used, if I remember, came from your world I think. What was it called..." She said, trying to remember.

[Aran Ryan]

"A Piranha Plant? Some of them breathed fire at Mario and his wimpy brother when they tried to intrude on our territories."

[Mysterious Stranger]

"Yeah, I think that's what they were called. Was quite a hassle to get a hold on one, if I recall. They only seemed to dwell in pipes..."

[Aran Ryan]

"Yeah. Some of them can travel underground and try to bite their victims from behind."

He looked at the next plant.

"After this one, I want to check out the lab."

[Mysterious Stranger]

It was a leafy plant producing a several dark red berries.
"That is..." She frowned. "...Strange. I don't quite remember making this plant. As a result of magic, or crossbreeding. I should study it, it's probably not a good thing if a strange plant appears in a sealed bio-dome."
Oh well, that's a later matter. My lab is this way." She said, starting back down the hall.

Kamek followed.

He glared at one of the plants that looked like it was going to bite him.

[Mysterious Stranger]

The plant literally growled at Kamek and lashed forward and bit him on his arm.
When it let go, a liquid could be seen dripping from his arm and the plants teeth. He would start feeling light-headed.
Pestilence didn't notice, and continued walking.

[Aran Ryan]

Kamek held his arm in pain.

"Pestila.... I got bit!" He cried out as he fell to the ground.

[Mysterious Stranger]

She spun around, startled.
"Uh... shit...
Just... hold still, I have to think for a second..."
She spawned her Book of Poisons and quickly paged through it.
"Apparently I need to absorb the toxins into my own body where they will do no damage... And the only way to do that is mouth-to-mouth... Well, here goes nothing."
She jumped to Kamek's side and placed her lips over his in a standard mouth-to-mouth procedure. His strength would slowly return.
Within a few seconds, she stood up. She seemed a little woozy, but otherwise fine.
"You okay there?" She asked.

[Aran Ryan]

Kamek's eyes were wide open.

"I should ask the same for you. You okay?" He asked as he began to stand up. "Thanks."

He healed up the bite marks with a standard healing spell.

[Mysterious Stranger]

"I'll be fine, the poison will affect my system for a while, but it'll pass. It usually does." She answered.

[Aran Ryan]

"Well... you are capable of poison spells and all that. So... shall we continue?"

He gave Pestila a pat on the back and walked along the path toward the lab.

[Mysterious Stranger]

She walked a little slower, but was able to make it to the lab.
Many devices could be seen here, mostly things to gather and contain extracts, but there was also a cauldron and a potions cabinet to be seen as well.
"Well, here is where I perform my experiments. I work on cross-breeding, extracting toxins and other materials, and form them into potions." She said, leaning against the door frame.

He looked around for a bit before looking at Pestila again.

"Nice lab. Were you working on something before I walked in your room?" He asked, staring at the potion cabinet.
