This game is Japan-Only, because the Tatsunoko Characters may or may not have hit America. It's available in the arcades and on the Wii. It's their latest in the popular Vs. Series, which was said to be halted, when Activision bought the rights for Marvel Comics Character games. And if this is Japan Only, maybe Capocm should team up with another company, like Disney, to create Power Rangers vs. Capcom, with the best Power Rangers and Bad Guys against the Traditional Capcom Characters, like the Legendary Tommy Oliver (in all four of his Ranger Forms).
But if they chose to not bring a fighting game to Wii, then just buy Wii Point cards, and buy Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers on Virtual Console.

I already did, but the game looks good. I saw the gameplay video and I'm glad that Megaman is in it.

You're...you're kidding, right?
Yeah, he probably is. Nobody over the age of 7 would buy a game like that...
I said Power Rangers vs. Capcom, NOT Disney vs. Capcom! Why don't you just create said characters on MUGEN, and just shut up! Seriously, not many people know about Gatchaman, or Tekkaman, or even Casshern, or for that matter, Gold Lightan. That, and the licencing wouldn't work in America. I want this thread closed, for derailing and stupid flame war probabilities.
The only other alternative would be using characters seen in shows dubbed by 4Kids. Like Kid Muscle and Kevin Mask from Ultimate Muscle, Yoh Asakura and Tao Len from Shaman King, Yugi Moto with his monsters from Yu-Gi-Oh. Max with Chomp, and Ursula and the Alpha Gang from Dinosaur King, Sonic, Amy and Dr. Eggman from Sonic X, and Leonardo and Michelangelo and Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and throw in Maxxor and Chaor from Chaotic. It's like taking 2 parts Shonen Jump, 2 parts Sega, and 2 parts other. It would still have to be T-Rated, just to keep all happy. They'd have to call it 4KidsTV vs. Capcom!

Only if 4kids has something to do with it, everything will be replaced with cartoon 'bonk' sounds, characters won't say anything worse than 'dang', and the Capcom character's energy projectile attacks will be replaced with nerf guns and sponges.
No offense Monitor, but give up on the idea of an official 4Kids/Capcom/Power Ranger game.
If you've ever heard of Card Sagas Wars, that game actually has some of what you'd want. I remember seeing Goldar on their character list, he's from the original Power Rangers, and I know every Capcom character ever is liable to appear.
Hm. Well, I did hear some things from the Capcom-Unity, about how Capcom is working really hard to work out all the licencing issues, so it would come out in America. And if it DOES come out, then we'll all play as various heroes, like Ken the Eagle, Jun the Swan, Viewtiful Joe, Gold Lightan, Yatterman-1, Ryu, Chun-Li, MegaMan Trigger, and others, with Okami's Yami as the Final Boss.
