Pikmin 3 has been announced. However, this time there is a new name. Boxart link.

Yes. That's right.
The exact same game as pikmin, now with waggle action. 50 dollars please.EDIT: The same it being done with Mario Power Tennis, But this is far worse, considering the told us there would be a new pikmin.
Gamers: "Give us the old, more hardcore games. Not lame kiddie Wii fit games! Come on, be true to who you are."
Nintendo: "yeah, you right, New pikmin and mario tennis"
Gamers: ""
Nintendo: "Here, take these exact copies that run you 50 bucks, and we are reusing the motion gimic for MONEY! Everybody wins!"
Gamers:"sept us."
EDIT 2: You people seem to not believe me. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=pikmin+new+play+control&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=

First, it's not Pikmin 3, you misinformed kid. We're getting Pikmin 3 later, this is a side venture.
Second, it's not going to cost ANYONE 50 dollars. Except someone as stupid as you. IT IS A BUDGET TITLE. 30 DOLLARS.
Third, "Waggle" is being added to these games BECAUSE THEY MAKE SENSE. The other games that get the new play controls? Metroid Prime 1 & 2, DK: Jungle beat, Chibi Robo, Pikmin 2, . I.E: GAMES THAT CAN BENEFIT FROM LIGHT MOTION CONTROL. |

They're doing this so that the new Nintendo fans can play the first game without being dumped into the third with no knowledge of any backstory. |

The original Pikmin isn't exactly "rare" on the shelves of GameStop. |

Well, the GameCube Versions are ULTRA-RARE. But if anything, Metroid Prime 1 Wii will have that Early Space Jump Shoes glitch fixed, just like the Player's Choice Version of MP1. |

Someone explain this to me in a logical, cohesive way. |

At the time I bought Pikmin 1 and 2, both games were rare at the time, hence why Pikmin 2 sold for a higher price, used. That was during the time they stopped making Gamecube games. That, and Metroid Prime 1 had a glitch, which allowed you to get the Space Jump Boots, early on. It was only on the first run of Metroid Prime discs. All other runs of the disc (the Player's Choice edition) had the glitch fixed, so you were forced to come back for the Space Jump Boots AFTER getting the Boost Ball. No doubt the Wii Version would have that same course of action. |

Whoa! Cool! I heard that you're a guy named Olimar and crash on a planet and have to find all the parts of your spaceship in 30 days! And there's 3 types of Pikmin! Red, Yellow, Blue! I wonder what they can do!! Maybe in the sequel there can be two more types, Purple and White! And a guy named Louie will help you! But as if that will ever happen!! |
