I wasn't home last week as you know, and most of this week I was busy. So guess what happens on today, clock day? I'm screwed, with no flash and no time to make one. In the end I did come up with this in about half an hour, a great portion of this finding my microphone, and did get a crappy flash done in time for clock day. So here it is, vote fifen.

Clock Day is the most important day of the year. Even more important than Clockmas. Exactly 6 years ago yesterday, lord and master of all the Clocks, Strawberry Clocks, submitted "B," the greatest flash of all time. It was this flash that caught the eye of three other Newgrounds users, who abandoned their former identities to become Orange Clock, Raspberry Clock, and Apple Clock. These Clocks, along with several other like Knottsberry Clock, came together to form the Clock Crew. A group of creative people who make flashes and other content with Clocks. And thus every year on August 15, Clocks and Non-Clocks from all over submit great, and some really shitty, flash to Newgorunds.com where almost all of it passes with great scores due to hundreds of Clocks and other NG users fiving every one. All of this in celebration of Strawberry Clock and B. And that is the story of Clock Day.

I think it's teh stupid thing with the new newgrounds. their non pop-up fgorm freezes your PC 90% of the time. >_<
also, I don't get why you really care about the clock crew. I mean, they've made some cool stuff, but really, I don't know why you cna go "OMG IT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF THE YEAR" like that. I actually have a thing against it because the flood of dedicated movies pushes everything else off the front page. and generally, I don't care for clock day, or any of the other varients. |
