It still works fine, despite already being on the brink of death when I dropped it. I hope it'll last until I can buy a DS lite... |

M'aiq's brothers friend lost his Gameboy while raking leaves during the fall. It sat outside until spring(including through a blizzard).
When he found it, it still worked.
Nintendo makes durable stuff.
Also, in all the cases of people flinging Wiimotes at mach speed into stuff, the wiimote never breaks. |

GBAs are known for being nigh indestructable. DSes are not. I dropped my ds down my stairs in it's case and a broke part of the hinge. the top screen wiggles a bit, but it's fine. |

My DS original has a top screen that's losing it's colour, a broken hinge and a malfunctioning L button.
And I still use it. Man, I am an IDIOT.

Sheesh, you guys need to take better care of your stuff. :P I've had my DS since they first came out, and it's still in perfect condition. I need a new screen protector for the touch screen, though.. mine's all scratched. |

My DS is okay. It's my SP that's broke'd. I drop it four feet, and it refuses to go. |

My DS has been slammed into oblivion and still worked.
One day it got a drop of water in it, and it totally fried. o_O;
(I have a new one now, but... I just thought that was strange...) |
