If someone's going to do one for poison, I'll do one for the mushroom status effect from SMRPG.
Do any of you remember the little goomba triplets that sell you some special (why don't people use italics anymore?) mushrooms? I was thinking that we could replace some of the healing mushrooms with the kind that they sold. Whenever you bought a healing-mushroom from the shop, you would have a small chance of getting the special kind of it instead. It would have the same image/description and such, but a lens of truth might be able to reveal just how special it is. Whenever it gets consumed, it would heal the normal amount of damage, but have the side effect of mushroomizing you.
Being mushroomized would cause the following changes...
1. having a mushroom for your avatar
2. gaining 1 hp with each post
3. being unable to buy/use items (or just not gaining coins)
It would probably have a set duration (measured in time, posts, or both), and it would probably need to end if the affected individual died.
So what do you guys think? |

nice. I like it! Now if Francis were to accept all these status ideas coming in... Digibutter would be a much more... exciting place.

I think the idea to be a great one. Of course, if this is accepted, then there would have to be a Scarecrow status ("Stick for a body, Head full of straw, Give me a Scarecrow, Rah, Rah RAH!", which will disallow use of items. |

Well, it could work....but the inability to buy items would be a problem to some members. Plus, if you did happen to have your game ended, you would end up counteracting it if you posted in the Underwhere.
O HP + post = 1 HP
So, that could mess things up. Baddly. |
