Note: This project is only concerning ONE certain Mario game.

We pretty much know all about the rumor that Super Mario Bros. (NES) is somehow linked to Communist propaganda. Although, I somehow half-and-half believe that Mario is a commie in the game but some of the things about him in the game are somewhat... unthinkable. There are some odd things about Mario and the universe around him in Super Mario Bros. that somehow link to Communism.

Part 1:
Mario's Color Scheme.
We all know he wears the usual red. It's on his name, his clothes, his flag, and his hat. Maybe the color red being all over Mario means nothing. After all, he's not entirely red- his hair, shirt and shoes aren't...
->
Or are they?
Is this a random occurrence by the Nintendo programmers, or was red selected intentionally and with a purpose?

Part 2:
"The People's Hero"
The inhabitants of the Mushroom Kingdom are portrayed by Nintendo as slow-witted, poorly coordinated beasts of burden. Even Toad, who oddly enough gets captured in every world, seems to repeat a singular phrase. While Mario is supposedly fighting against a tyrannical Koopa, we can see how expendable the people become when they hinder Mario's pursuit for power.

Part 3:
King Koopa
While Mario is on the usual quest to save Princess Peach seems genuine enough, we find ourselves distracted from the real result of this adventure - the deposition of monarchy. Few notice that the villian of the Mario series, King Koopa (or Bowser), being an actual king.

While Mario is stomping around the Mushroom Kingdom, a monarchy is being overthrown. Does this remind us of the Russian Revolution, where the entire Royal family was deposed and executed by Communists? Is the portrayal of kings as vile reptiles not an important message? And if you think the f-ed up business is done, it's not.

Part 4:
The Flag
We all know about the flag thing. Once Mario reaches the end of a Level, he pulls down what seems to be the Koopa's flag. But upon close inspection... the flag looks like a peace symbol.

Once Mario seizes the castle, he raises his own flag of victory. What is it you say? It's a red star, it looks like The Star of Russia.

Part 5:
Mario's Resemblance?
We notice that famous video game characters have a portrayed resemblence to a certain person. No matter where you go or what you say, someone will point out that Mario in Super Mario Bros. may be resembled to Joseph Stalin.

I do not agree with that clearly. But, in Soviet Russia, Stalin was a "Communist super man" as "described" from certain people. Well, look at Super Mario. Could Super Mario Bros. (and ONLY Super Mario Bros.) be related to Communism? The evidence seems pretty strong.

Over the years, most Super Mario games aren't "linked to Communism". Only in Super Mario Bros. was somehow had Communism references in it. As for every other Mario game out there, our favorite Brooklyn plumber is the icon. And let's just hope Nintendo keeps it that way.

You mean Part 5? Anyway, yeah, Mario is resembled off Mario Segale. I already knew that. It's just some certain people (not including me) think that Mario is resembled to Joe Stalin.

Interesting note:

In PM:TTYD, Mario CONSTANTLY does a hand-gesture greatly, if not exactly, coping the Nazi Salute!

o___o; It's a joke, people. Stop trying to refute it like it's something serious. XD

But I did know this one weird wacko far-right kid that was honestly firmly convinced that the whole plot of Ocarina of Time was a metaphor for Communism.... @___@
