What would your introduction scene be like?
Here's my try, lolz. Keep in mind that my main focus was the inclusion of my hammerspace bag and habit of being kidnapped.

- Subspace Bomb Factory -

*camera pans down a series of corridors, with R.O.B.s and patrolling; it slows down at one intersection as a pair of R.O.B. sentries pass, and then comes to a stop once they're gone*

Devin: *pokes her head out from behind the corner*

Devin: >> ... << ... *runs out from behind the corner and down the hall, eventually coming to a large console showing a video feed of a machine producing parts for Subspace Bombs*

*types something on the keyboard; waits for a response*
8D ?
*computer gets a large red X and 'ACCESS DENIED' on the screen*
D:
*punches the keyboard...and hurts her hand* x_<
... D<
*rummages in her bag, throwing various items about, until she pulls out one of the Super Hammers*
*lifts it over the keyboard*

*camera moves to that same room; the machine explodes, filling nearby halls with clouds of smoke and sending the guards running everywhere*

Devin: *steps out into the hall again; glances towards the explosion* >_> ... *victory pose* :D
*turns down the hall- and smacks into something*
x_x ... ._.; ?
*looks up...and sees Ganondorf*

Ganondorf: *aims Dark Cannon*

*last shot is of Ganondorf carrying a Devin trophy down the hall*

In the very end, when Tabuu dies and everything returns to normal, I come very very late, only to find out that I was too late and didn't get to join in the fun.

- The Forest -

*camera flies through a scene of fauna, eventually soaring up and overlooking a clearing; numerous Primids are warping into shadowbugs, and fleeing quickly, during which you can hear a series of gunshots as birds flee the surrounding trees *

Ocelot: *twirls a revolver with one hand, smirking and straightening his beret with his other*

*more Primids than before appear, ranging from regular to Sword types; Ocelot snarls, quickly loading both of his guns and twirling them. He pauses, smirking, as he holsters them both; the Primids stop, confused... Ocelot turns, and steps 12 paces away while the primids advance; twirling around fast enough to knock off his beret, he draws both of his guns and shoots them over their holsters quickly*

BLAM! BLAM! BLAM!

*the primids eventually die out, and Ocelot kneeling to pick up his fallen beret; as he dusts it off and puts it on, the sound of a charging Dark Cannon can be heard in the distance. Ocelot turns, his hands still on his beret, as Bowser shoots the charge straight at him*

...

*last scene is Ocelot's beret soaring upward, and falling with a dull thump next to his trophy*

[Goron Mask]

I would randomly pop out of nowhere after Link, Yoshi, Mario and Pit were finished fighting and help from there.

[Strong Bad]

- The Ancient Ruins -

*A few Primids are patrolling the area, and suddenly, are taken out by an explosion. Startled, a surviving Primid turns around*

Strong Bad: *flips the single deuce at the Primid*

Strong Bad: *fires a bazooka shot at the startled Primid, then runs through the area, taking out anything in his way.*

My Intro would be best if Dark Land was a stage... xD

The sound of footsteps echoes in a barren stone hall.

A figure comes into view. It looks like a Magikoopa with brown hair, but she is wearing white robes. Her hat had a red cross-shaped marking close to the brim.

She was humming to herself as she walked down the hall.

Suddenly, a ferocious roar can be heard. Kooparia rushes down the hallway, nearly bumping into a Hammer Bro. who gave her quite a glare as she threw open a door much taller than she.

Bowser fell to his knees, clutching a nasty bruise on his shoulder. He was looking up at Mario with an expression of utter loathing on his face. The plumber in question simply walked past him to go into the next room, where he will find Princess Peach.

Kooparia went to her King's side and tended to his injuries with a rather potent restorative spell.

The door which Mario had gone through opened with a creak...

[Plastic Mario]

Ooh.

- Battleship Halberd Interior -

*Snake, Metaknight and whoever else there was with them (I fergot) walks past*

Hmph.

*The three walk into a large, open room, as the door slams behind them, and Shadow Bugs crawl down from the cieling*

...!?

*The Shadow Bugs turn into hordes of Primids, which eventually overwhelm the three. As they're trapped in a corner, a large row of Primids fall over and dissappear. Camera shifts over to Shadowmaster, standing on the edge of a hole in the cieling, holding a couple throwing knives*

*Jumps down, takes out a few more and commences fight*

[WIRE MAN]

-Sub Space-

*The place is crawling with enemys.In the distance an explosine can be heard as a few Primids and R.O.B.s are blown away*

-The Path to the Ancient Ruins-

*A patrol of ROBs passes by a single desolate pillar, two of them carrying a ready-to-use Subspace Bomb. In a firey explosion, the pillar's base shatters, causing it to crush the unsuspecting ROBs and the Subspace Bomb to fly out of the wreckage. A tall man wearing black robes and sunglasses, armed with a Magmas Shield and Elemental Sword (my avatar <.<) steps out of the cloud of dust.

Black examines the bomb momentarily, and with a swing of his blade, Black leaps into the air, causing an intense bolt of lightning to fly from the end and strike the bomb, disabling it. Landing, then turning and looking down the path, another patrol of ROBs is waiting and fires a volley of laser blasts at him. In another sword motion, Black summons fourht a wall of Obsidian to reflect the attacks, sending them flying back at the ROBS and destroying them.

Making his way down the path that the ROBs had come down, Black runs into the party of Samus, Pikachu, DK, Diddy Kong, Olimar, and Capt. Falcon as they prepare to enter the Subspace Bomb Factory.
