Master Hand: Simply able to create anything I want, and having a high amount of control over my creations. It would be awesome. Plus, the only threats to my omnipotence would be Tabuu (who is dead along with the entire Subspace Army) and Crazy Hand (who, as seen from their teamwork while fighting, actually works together with Master Hand and doesn't destroy most of his stuff without permission)
In close second comes Tabuu:
Tabuu: He's more human-like than the others, he's extremely overpowered, and he's got a giant army of Subspace minions. He's more powerful than even Master Hand. The only problem is, he's got 32 powerful fighters who oppose him, and they win in the end. |

Tabuu, definately. Manipulation of creation for boundless entertainment, and peace...finally, solitude and peace. Compared to that, nothing even comes close.

I'd probably go with Master Hand. Pretty much everything UltiMario said.
