Good Egg Galaxy (one of the stars takes, literally, ten seconds to get)
Beach Bowl Galaxy (it's almost impossible to die, and toy boxes are REALLY easy to avoid)
Sea Slide Galaxy (EVERYTHING is too easy. Maybe Purple Coins is a bit time-consuming, but not hard)
Bowser Jr's Robot Reactor (Really, this is the best they could do for the first Dome boss?) |

Well, Good Egg, of course.
Other galaxies I found easy were Jr's Airship Armada, Dreadnought (on the whole, it actually isn't that bad), Battlerock, and Beach Bowl Galaxy. |
