O'Chunks, based purely on the fact that he has some of the most hilarious dialogue in the game. I cherished (and still do when I replay) every cutscene prior to the battles against him.
EDIT: Also, who can keep from loving a character who flies away by farting? |

Haven't you ever watched him fly upward and off-screen after battling you? LOL, it's a cloud of greenish-yellow coming out from underneath him, and there's a bit of a "pooting" SFX that accompanies it. |

I'm not sure there was a character I DIDN'T like in Super Paper Mario, but King Croacus is unfairly neglected. You can't deny the awesomeness of a shrill-voiced effeminate flower king with razor petal shyurikens of doom. I love that cutscene before you fight him. The music is so creepy, and he seems so flamboyantly evil at first. |

All of them, except for that dude in Gloam Valley. If you're Peach, he's all like "Whoa! Hot Girl! We were meant for each other!" and stuff like that; but if you're Mario, he says, "There's two things I don't like: Old guys with moustaches, and old guys without mustaches." That guy sucked.
My most favorite (of SPM) are:
-Villians, Bosses, Etc.: Mimi, Dimentio, Mr. L, Francis, Fracktail, Bonechill, Big Blooper (BLOOOOOP!), Count Bleck, O'Chunks, Mimi with a maid dress, Nastasia, Mimi's clone from the bank

Mine would have to be Fracktail and Dimentio. Fracktail just made me ROFL, and Dimentio...he's just plain cool! I hated it when he died!
