Oh, and I think you were wrong: the FAQ states that both EWJ and the last 3 SB episodes (but not the first 2?) have available surveys.

Just remember, it's in the JUST LAUNCHED Stage, and it needs time to calm down. It's a common error, with Club Nintendo being in the preliminary stage. It's supposed to have some errors. They'll get resolved in a few. I mean, I turn off a lot of pop-up blockers, but the pop-ups on the site still keep getting blocked. I only have 500 Coins so far, but at least I got to the Gold Status.
This is starting to turn into an angry mob, and not the good kind, either! For REAL, This time, Looks like I'm gonna have to JUMP!!

You have to transfer your account by going to the register page.

Apparently, It's in Beta right now, and yesterday, People were able to actually log in.
It's the heavy traffic overloading the server, Just bear with it or wait a while till it's fixed.°Д° ◉_◉ ʘﮯʘ |

Don't worry, there'll be more stuff in the future, like a Golden Wii Wheel, an SNES Classic Controller, and maybe other things, like some Strong Bad stuff from TellTale Games. |
