It's already been clarified. A Necropost is after 10 (?) days, but the warning comes at 30. There really is no need for the warning, if it's as misleading as it is. ANd when Francis added the warnings, he took out the fines (for necroposts, double post fines are still there.)

I'm going to repeat this, for anyone who's still confused. The warning you get when you double/necropost is not a fine. It's a deterrent. If you choose to ignore it, you're held liable for your actions.

The necroposting warning doesn't show up for, if I recall, three weeks. The rules denounce posts after a week. This system needs to be improved, but Francis is never on. Having said that, the rule still stands. One week, and the topic is untouchable. Guilty.

How is that PM ignorant, or stupid? What in the world is wrong with it? It doesn't even have anything to do with the topic, or what with SSG said. I'd also reccomend using the Preview button to see if your quotes end correctly. Quotes have to have quotation marks around, and I reccomend to crop out the unnessecary. But I digress, it was unrelated.
But yes, he is guilty of a necropost. Even if the warning does give people a reminder that it's old, the rules should be what you follow. You should have known the rules and seen what was acceptable.
